All customers of the Association of Development Finance Institutions of Malaysia (ADFIM), who were flood victims, can apply for flexibility in financing terms to ease their financial burden.

ADFIM, in a statement, today said the financial assistance schemes provided comprised suspension of loan/financing payments, loan/financing restructuring, helping customers to make faster insurance claims and extending transaction period in the affected areas.

"Customers are advised to contact the nearest branches to learn more about the facilities provided by ADFIM members," said the statement.

Affected customers are also encouraged to contact the Customers Service Centre or ADFIM financial institutions branches directly for inquiries or assistance, it said.
