As of 8am today, the number of flood victims in Segamat has remained at 30 in the evacuation centre.

Chairman of the Johor Health and Environment Committee Datuk Ayub Rahmat said one centre was still open, housing six families.

"The centre is at Balai Raya Kampung Batu Badak," he said in a statement here today.

Ayub added that Jalan Kampung Sungai Pinggan in Pontian was still cut off due to a collapsed bridge.
