A Form Two student died after she was believed to have been caught in a net of a swing in front of her house in Kampung Alor Kumbang, Pendang near here.

The victim's sister, Norliza Mustafa, 37, only came to know about the incident after she was informed by her uncle.
"After that, I saw her legs folded downward and the neck was strangled," Norliza said when met at the Forensic Unit, Sultan Bahiyah Hospital, here.
She added that they tried to rescue the victim by rushing her to the Yan Hospital but she was pronounced dead by the hospital.
Police confirmed receiving the report from the victim's uncle about the incident at 5.30pm on Wednesday.
The hospital confirmed that there were strangulation marks on the victim's neck.
