Former Kedah MB's health 'critical'
Former Kedah Menteri Besar Tan Sri Azizan Abdul Razak is now in critical condition after suffering from heart complications at Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital, Alor Setar.
Kedah PAS Information chief, Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor, who is also Azizan's former political secretary, said central PAS leaders had been informed about Azizan's condition.
"I would also like to call on all PAS members to perform 'solat hajat' (prayer of need) and Yasin recital to pray for his recovery," he told Bernama when contacted here today.
Azizan was admitted to Penang Hospital last May after he suffered from diabetes and had to undergo surgery to amputate both his legs below the knee.
He was trasfered to Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital last month.
