Four stalls destroyed in fire at MAINS Bazaar

A fire broke out at the MAINS Bazaar at Jalan Datuk Abdul Rahman here today.

Seremban Fire and Rescue station operations officer Kamaruzaimi Harith said the fire, which broke out about 5 am, however, did not affect the building structure of the bazaar, but destroyed four mobile stalls.

There was also no report of any casualty and the Fire and Rescue Department is investigating the cause of the fire, he told Bernama here.

He said 16 firemen in two engines from the station rushed to the scene after receiving a distress call at 5.08 am and managed to prevent the fire from spreading. - BERNAMA
