GE15: Rafizi reclaims Pandan with 48,000-vote majority

SUBANG: PKR Deputy President Rafizi Ramli officially won back the Pandan parliamentary seat in the 15th General Election.
The Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate won a majority of 48,296 votes, defeating the challenger from Perikatan Nasional (PN), Muhammad Farique Zubir Albak who had to be satisfied with 25,706 votes.
This was followed by Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate Datuk Leong Kok Wee with 11,664 votes while Tan Sri Ong Tee Keat (Warisan) obtained 3,323 votes. Nadia Hanafiah (Pejuang) got 961 votes.
Previously, Rafizi was the Pandan MP after winning 48,183 votes in GE13, defeating BN candidate Lim Chin Yee (21,454 votes) and Allan Tan (Independent) who got 2,415 votes.
In GE14, the Pandan parliamentary seat was won by former Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, who won 64,733 votes, eliminating four other candidates.
