The process of removing the main wreckage of Hawk 108 M40-02 jet fighter is expected to take two to three days.
Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) chief, General Datuk Seri Affendi Buang said once the main wreckage is removed, it will be easier for the team to identify the cause of the crash.
He added that after securing the components of the aircraft, RMAF will make a sketch of possible circumstances surrounding the accident.which led to the downing of the aircraft near Kampung Yak Yah, Chukai on Thursday.
