Honda Malaysia opens another 3S centre

Honda Malaysia’s commitment towards providing convenience and efficient services to customers continues with opening of their brand new 3S centre in Semenyih! The 3S centre is a partnership with SAG Ultimate Sdn. Bhd. and they company is the first Honda dealer that was designed and built based on Honda’s new Dealership Facility Program in order to enhance the operation standards for all Honda Dealerships.

The new 3S Centre spans a total built-up area of 22,000 square feet, Honda has invested a total of RM19 million into the land, building and equipment together with facilities to provide a conducive environment for customers. The service centre can service up to 14 cars at a time and Honda estimates the centre to accommodate up to 30 cars per day.

Honda has made sure to include a comfortable customer lounge, complimentary Wi-Fi services, car drop services and even a kids’ play area to provide their customers with the best possible experience.

Over the past three years, Honda Malaysia has been working hard to expand its dealer network and have a target to achieve 90 dealerships by 2016 to meet customer expectations in all regions. Of the current 86 Honda dealers in Malaysia, 14 also provide Body and Paint Centres.
