A man in his early 30s, believed to be suffering from hysteria, was tied up before being rushed to Tuanku Jaafar Hospital, following an incident in Jalan Stesen Kampung Kuala Sawah, near here, today.
Seremban 2 Fire and Rescue Station operations chief, Badroltamam Abd Aziz said in the 7am incident, the victim, a bachelor and an electric cable installation worker, failed to be controlled by his friend who then contacted the fire station.
"We received an emergency call at 7am and six firemen arrived at the scene shortly after. They found the victim in a two-metre deep ditch and he was thrashing about.
"The victim's friend was unable to control the man as he was aggressive and hysterical. We had to tie the victim before taking him to hospital," he said when contacted by Bernama.
