IRB E-Filing service counters open on weekends

The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) announced today that e-filing service counters at all its branches will operate on weekends this month.

In a statement today, IRB said the counters will be open on April 18, 19, 20, 25, 26 and 27 to assist taxpayers unable to file their income tax returns using e-Filing.

For Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah and Johor, the counter will open on April 18, 19, 25 and 26 from 9am to 5.30pm, except holidays.

In Sabah and Sarawak the counters will be open on April 19, 20, 26 and 27 from 8am to 5pm, while other states will operate on the same dates from 9am to 5.30pm.

IRB urged taxpayers to use the facilities provided and make sure the forms are submitted before the deadline.
