Red Shirts leader Datuk Seri Jamal Yunos said he will launch a movement called 'Bersih 7' in an attempt to 'save' Selangor from the grasp of Party Keadilan Rakyat (PKR).
The UMNO Sungai Besar division chief, who was released on bail from the Ampang Jaya police headquarters today, said the 'Bersih 7' campaign will begin at 2pm on Tuesday at the Selangor state secretariat building in Shah Alam.
The group is expected to hold events at some 700 locations nationwide.
Meanwhile, Jamal also congratulated the supporters of Red Shirts who took part in a counter-rally against Bersih 5 in Kuala Lumpur, last Saturday.

He maintained that the rally participants were members of non-governmental organisations (NGO).
Earlier, UMNO Secretary General Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Mansor said action will be taken against party members found to have taken part in Saturday's rally.
Jamal was released from his four-day remand while Bersih 2.0 chairman Maria Chin Abdullah remains under a 28-day detention order under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (SOSMA).
