Jobless man charged with murder of girlfriend
N. Sanderasegaran, 28 was charged at the Ipoh Magistrate Court today with murder of his girlfriend.
An unemployed man N. Sanderasegaran, 28 was charged at the Ipoh Magistrate Court today with murder of his girlfriend.
Magistrate Haslinda Abd Raof set May 11 for mention.
He was charged with murdering S. Durga Sevi, 17 at at No 4, Kampung Batu Besi, Ladang Sengat in Simpang Pulai at 11pm on Feb 27.
Durga Devi was found lying down with her face badly injured, apparently punched.
He was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code which carries the death penalty.
No plea was recorded.
