Johor polls: PBM mulls contesting more than two seats

JOHOR BAHRU: Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM) is considering contesting more than two seats in the Johor state election on March 12.
Its president Larry Sng Wei Shien said the matter has yet to be finalised.
"The candidates will be announced a day or two before nomination day ... two seats are for sure, if there is any addition we will inform during the announcement," he said adding that the party's candidates are young, experienced and have served the people.
"The seats that we are contesting are mixed areas, we are 110 per cent confident that we will win," he told reporters after launching PBM election machinery at Taman Ekoflora here today.
On Feb 10, PBM information chief Zakaria Abdul Hamid was reported to have said that the party would contest in two state assembly seats in the upcoming state polls.
