Johor Sultan attends tahlil session for the late Tunku Abdul Jalil

The Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Almarhum Sultan Iskandar attended a Yasin and tahlil session in conjunction with the 40th day of the death of his son, Almarhum Tunku Abdul Jalil, on Thursday night.
Also present at the session at the Masjid Tunku Laksamana Abdul Jalil, Johor Police Headquarters were the Permaisuri of Johor Raja Zarith Sofiah Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah, Tunku Mahkota Johor Tunku Ismail, Tunku Temenggong Johor Tunku Idris and Tunku Panglima Johor Tunku Abdul Rahman.
Others included the Menteri Besar of Johor, Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, Deputy Home Minister Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed and Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar.
Almarhum Tunku Abdul Jalil, who died at the age of 25 last Dec 5 at the Hospital Sultanah Aminah, here due to liver cancer, was the fourth son of Sultan Ibrahim and Raja Zarith Sofiah.
Almarhum Tunku Abdul Jalil, who was laid to rest at the Mahmoodiah Royal Mausoleum, here was reported to have undergone a nine-month course for Probationary Inspectors at the Police Training Centre (PULAPOL) at the age of 21 and completed the training in 2012.
