Johor Sultan, Permaisuri send motivational message to medical frontliners
According to a post on Sultan Ibrahim's Facebook page the message was presented in a poster which was personally signed by Sultan Ibrahim and Raja Zarith Sofiah.
JOHOR BAHRU:Sultan of Johor Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar and Permaisuri of Johor Raja Zarith Sofiah Sultan Idris Shah today conveyed words of encouragement to medical workers in all hospitals in the state.
According to a post on Sultan Ibrahim's Facebook page the message was presented in a poster which was personally signed by Sultan Ibrahim and Raja Zarith Sofiah.
The posters were handed over to State Health director Datuk Dr Aman Rabu by Royal Press Office (RPO) chief media officer Ravi Nambiar and assistant editor Muhd Nazri Azmi at Wisma Persekutuan, here, today for distribution to all district hospitals.
In the post, Raja Zarith Sofiah said the motivational poster was to show the Johor royal family's appreciation, for the continuous efforts of medical staff in the state, in providing services to COVID-19 patients.
"We hope this gesture will to some extent motivate the frontline workers to keep up the good work.
"We call on the people to always take precautions in working together to break the chain of COVID-19 infection and to alleviate the burden of the nation's medical sector," said Raja Zarith Sofiah.
The post further mentioned that since the COVID-19 outbreak, the Johor royal family had channeled various forms of assistance, including medical equipment and food, to the needy.
