Kate Winslet & Leonardo DiCaprio #FriendshipGoals

It’s been more than 18 years since Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio met on the set of Titanic, and while their onscreen relationship ended disastrously (spoiler alert: one of them dies), Kate and Leo’s real life love has lived on throughout the years since. The two stars have shared the big screen twice, and the second time was in 2008 for Revolutionary Road and have been best friends for about 20 years. At the 2016 Academy Awards, once Leo was done with his triumphant Oscar speech without shedding a tear, Kate jumped out of her seat to cheer in applause!
Let’s take a look at some of the touching moments between Jack and Rose (oh wait…we mean Leo and Kate).1997 Titanic – Rose DeWitt met Jack Dawson on the Titanic and the rest of it is as they say…history. "She’s still as beautiful and radiant as she was the day I met her," DiCaprio told Matt Lauer on the Today show.

1998 – At the Golden Globes, they attended the red carpet as a “couple” and everyone thought they were an item. “In a lot of ways, Kate and I have, we’ve really grown up in this industry together," DiCaprio told Oprah Winfrey in 2009. "We’ve been a support mechanism for each other for such a long period of time and we’ve been there for each other and helped guide each other."
SAG Awards 2016 Flash-forward to today, at the 2016 Oscars we set our eyes on Leo and Kate and as the credits rolled we concentrated solely on their endearing friendship. They sneaked a hug at the Golden Globes, chuckled on the SAG Awards red carpet and when Kate watched Leo accept his long overdue Oscar – it was all so beautiful and moving! She was teary eyed in the audience as Leo gave his Oscar acceptance speech. Her reaction to his Oscar win will give you all the feels! #BFFGoals
Kate even confessed at the SAG Awards that she has been super attentive on Leo just winning everything this awards season.
