Kindness Malaysia can help IPT students stranded in campus to go home

ALOR SETAR: A non-governmental organisation, known as Kindness Malaysia, is offering assistance to students of institutions of higher learning(IPT) who are stranded at their respective campuses after the government decided to move their registration and classes online amid the resurgence of the COVID-19 infection in the country.
Its chairman, Mohd Azrul Mohd Razak said students in IPT campuses in the northern states of the peninsula could contact Kindness Malaysia at 016-7074798 for assistance should they want to return home.
“We will provide the transport and will pick up the students at their respective campuses or rented houses to send them back to their homes within the peninsula.
“All expenses, including fuel and toll payment will be borne by Kindness Malaysia,” he added.
He said quarters wishing to contribute to Kindness Malaysia could do so through Pertubuhan Bank Makanan Malaysia at Maybank account number 5520-9523-6240.
