The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Aerotrain services has resumed its operations today, said airport operator Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB).
"Great news! We would like to share that both of the Aerotrains in KLIA are operating as per normal. However, 1 train is currently undergoing the daily routine maintenance as per scheduled.
"Please do not hesitate to approach our info counters for any enquiries. We wish you a pleasant journey," said MAHB in a posting on its Facebook page on Saturday.
The Aerotrain services between the main terminal and satellite building were reportedly halted Friday night due to immediate corrective maintenance.
Owing to a fault in the maintenance works, MAHB in a Twitter post confirmed that shuttle buses between these two points have been used to ferry passengers.
Hundreds of passengers were affected by the disruption with a majority of them had reportedly spent over an hour for the trains to arrive.
