KLIA Ekspres & KLIA Transit will resume as normal at 3pm today
A severe storm hit the city yesterday at around 6pm causing damage to the ERL tracks between Bandar Tasik Selatan and Putrajaya.
KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit services will resume as normal at 3pm today after the completion of rectification work, according to Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL).
ERL in its official Facebook page said they were conducting rectification work due to damage to the tracks, trains and power line in yesterday's storm.
"Due to this KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit are now running as a combined service from 4.30am until 3pm today.
"Total journey time between KL Sentral and KLIA2 will be only seven to eight minutes longer than the normal KLIA Ekspres service," stated the company.
ERL said all departures and arrivals will be from KLIA Ekspres platforms.
It advised the public to refer to the revised schedule that has been put up on its official Facebook page.
