Kota Kinabalu gets its first Nissan 3S Centre

Mertzyu Auto Sdn Bhd has become the first ‘3S’ centre in the ‘Land Below the Wind’ under Edaran Tan Chong Motors Sdn Bhd’s (ETCM) growing portfolio of sales and service centres.

This is a first-of-its-kind ‘hybrid’ 3S centre, commemorating a partnership between ETCM and its dealer as the first fully operational sales, service and spare parts centre. Mertzyu Auto operates the sale of Nissan cars while Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Service (TCEAS) conducts after sales and parts services.

The 3S Centre covers a total area of 40,000 square feet. The Showroom has the capacity to display up to six cars at a time and is manned by 11 professional sales advisors. There are five service bays at the Service Centre, able to accommodate up to 30 cars a day at full operation with six trained technicians and four service advisors.

Mertzyu Auto Nissan 3S Centre adopts Nissan's Global Retail Visual Identity standards to offer the convenience of a full-fledged 3S centre while maintaining customer care. Additional facilities include car wash and grooming service, vehicle insurance purchases and renewals, an indoor air-conditioning delivery bay, refreshment bar as well as WiFi connectivity in case one doesn’t have someone to talk to.

Mertzyu Auto is part of a 20-strong network of Tan Chong’s Nissan dealers around the country, with additional dealerships planned in 2016. ARVIND KUMAR
