The robber who had broke into a house and took the house owner's daughter as ransom at Jalan Kolam, has been arrested by the police.

The ransom incident ended when police arrested the robber at about 9.45pm.

Police who had earlier held negotiation with the robber, managed to save the woman.



The robber had earlier held a knife to the woman, threatening to kill her.
