All students sponsored by the Higher Education Ministry (KPT) will receive their living allowances for the months of October to January 2017 as early as tomorrow (Oct 5) or at the latest by Oct 11.
The ministry said the payment of the allowance to 1,167 students, was dependent on the processing of transactions of local banks abroad.
"The delay in payment is due to some inevitable technical problems," it said in a statement today.
