KTM commuter services extended for launch of VMY 2014
The KTM commuter train services will be extended until 1am (Jan 5) in conjunction with the launch of Visit Malaysia Year (VMY 2014) at Dataran Merdeka.
KTM said in a statement on Friday that additional train services would be provided for several routes, namely Kuala Lumpur-Sungai Gadut, Kuala Lumpur-Port Klang, KL Sentral-Rawang and KL Sentral-Batu Caves from midnight to 1am.
Passengers are advised to buy return tickets to avoid congestion at the counters and ticket machines when returning, and to comply with safety instructions, it said.
