"This happens every year and I don’t know why this time its so big?” she said when contacted by Astro AWANI.
Noor Azimah said the Education Ministry must deal with the leak swiftly and identify those behind the recent fiasco.
"Those responsible should be identified soon and be suspended from their position to prevent this incident from repeating," she said adding that action must be taken, regardless of their position.
Noor Azimah said the ministry also needed to clarify the actual context of leaked papers.
“If it is a photocopied paper or the question paper has similar words, then it is not considered as leaked,” she added.
