KUALA LUMPUR: The Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) will close operations and facilities under its supervision during the total lockdown period enforced from tomorrow until June 14.
In a statement here, MPS said the closure includes operations at its headquarters, and branch offices in Rawang, Sri Gombak and Wangsa Permai as well as drive-through counters and mobile counter services.
Also closed are facilities at MPS stadium, swimming pool, hall as well as public parks and recreation centres.
"The closure action must be taken to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic throughout MPS administration. The public can still deal online with MPS by visiting www.mps.gov.my or contacting the department directly via email with reference to the department's directory on the MPS website," the statement said.
For any inquiries or complaints, the public can call the MPS complaints counter line at 03-6138 9898 or the toll-free line 1800-222-677 which operates from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
