Lynas says it has met all tol requirements

Lynas Corporation Ltd said today that it is in compliance of all conditions of the Temporary Operating Licence (TOL) for the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant, near Kuantan, Pahang. In a brief statement here, the company said this also included the conditions that were due to be complied with in early July 2013. Lynas is a multi-national, public listed company registered with the Australian Stock Exchange. Its primary focus is to develop and lead the growth of the global rare earth industry by creating a reliable, fully integrated supply of rare earth.
