Communications Ministry senior undersecretary (management) Mazlan Abd Mutalib said that besides Sarawakians, the event is also expected to draw visitors from Sabah.
"It's important to plan your journey as the area will likely be crowded. We've also made transportation arrangements.
"Visitors can head directly to Miri Stadium and take the shuttle buses provided, which will operate from 8 am to midnight," he said during Bernama TV's Apa Khabar Malaysia programme today.
Mazlan said that various services and exciting activities would be available for attendees, including the MADANI Sales programme.
At the Communications Ministry booth, visitors can explore services offered by agencies such as the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, the National Film Development Corporation and the Information Department (JaPen).
"At JaPen, the public can view a photo exhibition of the King's installation ceremony. There will also be a lucky draw," he said.
The MADANI Rakyat 2024 Sarawakku Sayang programme will be officiated by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim this Saturday.
The programme serves as a platform for the public to directly access services from federal and state ministries and agencies.
