Man believed to be from Myanmar killed in fire
The charred remains of a man, believed to be from Myanmar, was found at a house which was razed in Balik Pulau near here early Saturday.
The unidentified victim was found on the floor of the house located at a farm in Kampung Pantai Acheh. The blaze occurred about 3am.
Firemen stumbled on the body after putting out the blaze at 4.35am.
State fire and rescue department (operations centre) Assistant Superintendent Nuzaihan Abu Hassan confirmed the incident.
