Man dies after taking motorcycle licence test in Larut

A 52-year-old man died after taking motorcycle licence test at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Jelai, Batu Kurau, near here today.

Taiping police chief ACP Harrith Kam Abdullah said Zulkiply Saidin, who was a bachelor, from Kampung Pulau Damar, Sungai Ara, Batu Kurau took the test at 8am.

"After finishing the test, he went the school's canteen about 12.45pm and told his friend that he was feeling dizzy.

"A few minutes later the victim fell on the bench before he was pronounced dead by the medical team," he said in a statement.

Harrith Kam said post-mortem results showed that Zulkiply died due to coronary artery disease.
