Maybank Offers Electronic Duit Raya Option

Maybank is being thoughtful this Raya with an ‘electronic’ option for giving duit raya this year as part of its efforts to encourage a cashless society and offers customers added accessibility for festive gifting. The Maybank Group introduced a new e-Duit Raya facility via Maybank2u and the Maybank Raya Gift Card.

During Hari Raya you are sure to be busy with raya shopping and preparations and may not be able to find the time to get cash for traditional festive gifts. The amazing feature is that the recipient can then withdraw the amount from any local Maybank ATMs without an ATM Card. This would come in handy for customers who are not able to be with their loved ones during the festive season.

The Maybank Raya Gift Card is another way to surprise your loved ones by providing them Duit Raya in the form of a Gift Card which is a prepaid Visa card that is already preactivated, preregistered and preloaded with an amount. Customers can choose to reload between RM50 to RM1, 500. These new services will reduce the hassle and provide customers with an alternative which is not only time saving, but also helps the environment by reducing excess.
