Several men, believed to be Australians were arrested after they had stripped down to their Malaysian flag underwear at the Sepang International Circuit, (SIC).
The foreigners had took off their clothes and revealed their briefs at the Formula 1 Petronas Grand Prix on Sunday.
They were arrested for public indecency and for disrespecting the national flag, Sepang OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Aziz Ali told The Star.
The photo of the foreigners in their Malaysian flag briefs went viral on the social media, with netizens calling for the police to take action.
The F1 organisers were also taken to task for failing to control their spectators.
