Malaysia wants to ensure that the mastermind behind the MH17 aircraft will be brought to court, whether in Malaysia, Ukraine or the international court.
Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said the attorney general and the Wisma Putra are well into this view of the aspects of the international legal system.
According to him, before this there were several incidents of commercial aircraft shot down which has not received justice and Malaysia will not remain silent and will demand justice.
However, he said the government's priority right now is to solve the problem of the victims' bodies.
Hishammuddin spoke to reporters after opening the Tapah division Umno delegates meeting in Tapah Dewan Merdeka, Perak on Sunday.
Hishammuddin, who is also the Umno vice president, said although the focus is given to the tragedy MH17, the government had not forgotten the mysterious disappearance of the aircraft MH370 and remain committed to its search and rescue operations.
According to him, although being a small country but Malaysia has brought together two big countries, China and Australia to share information on the unfortunate aircraft search.
He said he would leave to Perth, Australia in a few weeks to meet with the search of the KD Mutiara and Bunga Mas 5 ships.
