MH370: AMSA unable to locate 24-meter debris
Cloud and rain is causing limited visibility and affecting the search operation for an object detected by satellites on the Southern Indian Ocean which could be a possible lead in locating the missing Malaysia Airlines (MAS) MH370 flight.
An official tweet by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, @AMSA_News, stated that the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) P3 Orion was unable to locate the 24-meter debris.
However, other aircraft will be deployed to continue the search for flight MH370.

Earlier on Thursday, AMSA confirmed that an object was seen floating in the Southern Indian ocean but reiterated that it might not be related to the missing MH370 aircraft.
Meanwhile, during a press conference at Sama-Sama hotel, acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Hussein said that the sightings of the two objects is credible, but is yet to be confirmed.
The Boeing 777-200ER belonging to Malaysia Airlines (MAS) en route to Beijing was reported missing on March 8 and has not been found until today.
