Mild quake hits Ranau
The epicentre of the quake was 320 kilometres northwest of Tarakan, Indonesia and 11 kilometres west of Ranau.
A mild earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale occurred in Ranau, Sabah at 1.10am today.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department in a statement said the epicentre of the quake was 320 kilometres northwest of Tarakan, Indonesia and 11 kilometres west of Ranau.
Tremors were felt in western Sabah, it added.
