Missing girl returns home after five days
Gombak police chief, ACP Ali Ahmad ruled out any foul play in the case of the girl who was reported missing
SMK Kepong student, Low Yu Mun, who was reported missing for five days, is finally reunited with her family.
Gombak chief of police, ACP Ali Ahmad said the Form One student arrived back home around 4pm on Tuesday.
"Today, her father came to make a police report again stating that his daughter had returned home about 4pm."
Ali ruled out any foul play in relation to this case and said that Yu Mun is in healthy condition.
"The girl's father said that his daughter had gone to a friend's home in Ulu Kepong and added that there was no criminal activity.
"She did not dare to return home out of fear of being scolded. We do not know what is the reason behind it... and the father admitted to have scolded her.
The motive behind the case is still under investigation.
