HOLIDAY: Malaysians will be able to enjoy a minimum of 8 long weekends in 2015.
With the long Hari Raya weekend already over, Malaysians are desperately searching for the next public-holiday. Have no fear - there is the Independence day on August 31, Malaysia Day on September 16, then there is Hari Raya Haji on Oct 5, and not to forget Deepavali on October 23, Christmas on December 25 and New Year!
For those seeking for long-weekend holidays, the New Year in 2015 will bring just that, for some there will be as much as 11 long weekends, reported Tripzilla.
However, as different states in Malaysia have different holidays, the total number of long weekends may differ depending on your location.
Tripzilla reported that the minimum number of long weekends for Malaysians is 8, allowing many Malaysians to plan their holidays in advance for the exciting New Year.
The calendar below maps out the long weekends available in 2015, but Tripzilla warns that these dates are still preliminary and subject to change.
