A divorced mother-of-four was found murdered, allegedly by her boyfriend, in front of the Sekolah Rendah Agama Kuala Kubu Baru this morning.
Hulu Selangor district police chief, Supt R. Supramaniam said the victim, identified as Nur Salina Nazir, 34, was reportedly running an online business.
“Her body was found sprawled in her car on the driver seat, with four stab wounds on her chest, both sides of her ribs and her left arm,” he said in a statement, as reported by Bernama.
He said, following the 9am incident, a religious teacher of the school was arrested at his home in Taman Bukit Bujang, Kuala Kubu Baru. The suspect admitted to the murder.
“Questioning revealed that the 29-year-old suspect apparently murdered the victim because she was egging him to marry her,” he said.
The suspect, who is unmarried, did not have a previous record.
Police are still searching for the murder weapon, a knife, Supramaniam added.
