Muar bus crash: PM Najib, DPM Zahid convey condolences to families of victims

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today conveyed his condolences to families of victims killed in the express bus crash at Km137.2 of the North-South Expressway early this morning.
In the accident at 3.30 am, 14 people were killed and 16 were injured when the northbound bus plunged into a 10-metre ravine near the Pagoh Rest and Service Area.
"Innalillah. Saddened by the news on the bus tragedy in Johor which killed 14 people. Condolence to families of the victims. I pay for the speedy recovery of those injured, Insya-Allah," said the prime minister on his Twitter posting today.

His deputy, Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi also expressed his sadness over the incident on his Twitter posting, as well as conveyed his condolences to families of the victims involved.
"Condolence to families of victims in the bus tragedy in Johor. Speedy recovery to those injured. Drive with care and happy holiday," he said.
