Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's wife Puan Sri Datin Paduka Noorainee Abdul Rahman heads a list of 978 recipients of Pahang state award and medals in conjunction with the Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Shah's birthday today.
Noorainee is among 23 recipents of the Darjah Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (SSAP) award, which carries the title 'Datuk Seri'. One of the recipients will recieve the SSAP Honorary Award.
The other recipients include the Pahang Menteri Besar's wife Datin Seri Diraja Datuk Junaini Kassim; Pahang royalty member Datuk Paduka Maharaja Lela Orang Kaya Indera Segara Tengku Datuk Asmawi Tengku Hussin; Defence Minister's wife Tengku Datin Seri Marsilla Tengku Abdullah; International Trade and Industry Minister's wife Datin Seri Khamarzan Ahmad Meah.

Seven individuals will receive the Darjah Sri Indera Mahkota Pahang (SIMP) award, which carries the title "Datuk".
They are Puan Sri Umi Kalsom Wan Awang, the wife of the Armed Forces chief; Perkep Malaysia chairman Puan Sri Dr Imran Ibrahim; Tahan State Assemblyman, Datuk Wan Amizan Wan Abdul Razak; Pahang Land and Mines director, Datuk Azizan Ahmad; retiree Datuk Omar Othman; Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre Medical Specialist, Datuk Abdul Jalil Jidon; Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad CEO, Mohammed Emir Mavani Abdullah.
Thirty-four people will be conferred the Darjah Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (DSAP) award, which also carries the "Datuk" title.
Among them are the wife of Pahang State Secretary, Datin Seri Jamaliah Zainal Abidin; Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court Judge, Datuk Rozana Ali Yusoff; Pahang Legal Advisor, Shamsulbahri Ibrahim; Malaysian Survey and Mapping Department director-general (DG), Ahmad Fauzi Nordin; Town and Country Planning Department DG, Dr Dahlia Rosly.
National Solid Waste Management Department DG, Datuk Nadzri Yahaya; Director-General, ASEAN-Malaysia National Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Datuk Muhammad Shahrul Ikram Yaakob; Pahang State Development Officer, Datuk Mohamad Roslan Harun; Pahang Islamic Religious Department director, Datuk Mohamad Noor Abdul Rani; Pahang Public Works Department director Datuk Abdul Jalil Mohamed; Pahang Education Department director, Rosdi Ismail; Pahang Deputy Police Chief Datuk Fatimah Ghazali; Sarawak Police Headquarters Management Department head, SAC Mohd Jasmani Yusoff.
A total of 102 individuals will receive the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) and one person the DIMP (Honorary) award, which also carries the same title.
Among them are Registar of Societies (ROS)director-general, Mohammad Razin Abdullah; Bera District Officer (DO) Shamsudin Sah Mohd Said; Bentong DO, Azhar Arshad; Pahang Inland Revenue Board director, Mat Lazim Salleh; and Special Officer to the Prime Minister, Rizal Mansor.
Pahang State Agriculture Development Board deputy general manager, Abdul Rahim Abdullah; Public Service Department (PSD) Psychology Management Division director, Dr Abd Halim Mohd Hussin; Pahang Syariah High Court Judge, Mohd Yusof Ab Ghani; winner of Pahang, National and International level Quran recital assemblies, Hanimzah Jalaluddin; PASDEC Resources South Africa CEO, Kevin Poovendhran Pather (Honorary).
Sultan Ahmad Shah will also confer the Darjah Setia Ahmad Shah Pahang award to 44 people, Darjah Setia Mahkota Pahang (40), Ahli Ahmad Shah Pahang (52) and Ahli Mahkota Pahang (153).
Another 131 individuals will be conferred the Pingat Khidmat Cemerlang (PKC), 127 the Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (PKT) and 263 the Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (PJK).
The investiture will be held at the Throne Room, Istana Abu Bakar, Pekan on Saturday.
