Najib to pay last respects to King Bhumibol on Saturday

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak will go on a working visit to Thailand on Saturday (October 22) to pay his last respects to the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, said the Foreign Ministry.
Najib will be accompanied by his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister, Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong and senior government officials, it said in a statement today.
King Bhumibol, who led Thailand for 70 years after ascending the throne in 1946, died on Oct 13 at Siriraj Hospital. He was 89. --BERNAMA
