Najib receives courtesy call from IMF MD

Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who is also the Finance Minister, today received a courtesy call from the managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Christine Lagarde at his office at the Perdana Putra Complex here Wednesday.

Also present were Second Finance Minister, Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah and Treasury Secretary-General, Datuk Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah.

IMF is an organisation of 188 countries working to foster global monetary cooperation, secure financial stability, facilitate international trade, promote high employment and sustainable economic growth and reduce poverty around the world.
