New 3S centre for VW owners in Malacca

VW and N3 Auto launched a brand new showroom in the historical city of Malacca. By Jerrica Leong

Residents of Malacca can now purchase or repair their Volkswagens in the middle of the city thanks to the launch of a new 3S centre on Jalan Bukit Palah. The 3S facility was launched on March 18th 2015 and VW hopes that with this new centre they can bring better service to their existing customers and at the same time entice and gain a new generation of Volkswagen owners.

The 3S centre’s showroom itself spans 3720 square meters to provide enough display space for 12 VW models. There will also be a lounge for customers when they wait for their cars to be serviced at the 15 dedicated service bays. VW and N3 Auto hope that the 3S centre gives visitors the opportunity to have a feel and touch of the cars and enjoy faster service.

Volkswagen hopes to further expand their network of 3S facilities by the end of 2015. There are currently four more centres in their sights to be launched throughout the country.
