Azalina said among other initiatives to be taken were the setting up of the Special Cyber Court and the review of several laws related to cybercrimes.
A new approach for both the Legal Aid Department and the Insolvency Department will be introduced soon to enable them to provide a better and more efficient service to the people.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said announced this in a statement issued to mark her first year in office, here Friday.
She said throughout her first year in office, she was entrusted as the minister in charge of Parliamentary affairs, National Civics Bureau (BTN) and of late, to supervise legal affairs.
"Alhamdulillah, (working) along with the Speaker of DewanRakyat TanSri Pandikar Amin Mulia, the Parliament transformation process is now ongoing and will soon berealised. Therebrandingof the BTN is also underway," she said.
Azalinasaid among other initiatives to be taken were the setting up of the Special Cyber Court and the review of several laws related to cybercrimes.
"I will continue to discharge my responsibilities and stand together with Prime Minister (Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak) in ensuring success of the national transformation process to achieve the status of a fully-developed nation by 2020," she added.
