News: Ford’s Quick Lane pass
More convenience for Ford vehicle owners with the introduction of Quick Lanes. By Jerrica Leong
Ford declared that their network of nine Quick Lane service centres open for business. The introduction of the Quick Lane centres is an effort from Ford to provide their customers the best ownership experience.
Quick Lane acts as an express service centre to accommodate vehicle maintenance and minor repairs including oil and filter changes, tire rotation, brake systems, tyres, minor exhaust system rectifications, free multipoint vehicle inspections, tune-ups and alignments.
The opening of the nine Quick Lane facilities marks the first phase of Ford’s plans and more will come as time goes on. These facilities, four of which are located in the Klang Valley while Penang, Ipoh, Juru, Johor Bahru and Muar gets one each, will help support Ford’s growth in Malaysia.
No prior appointments needed as Quick Lane is configured to cater for customers on a first-come-first-serve basis, so if you have a problem with your Ford vehicle don’t hesitate to head over to an appointed Ford service centre now.
