News: Kuantan gets a Mercedes-Benz 3S centre

Work starts on NZ Wheels’ fifth Mercedes-Benz Autohaus. By Jerrica Leong

Mercedes is refurbishing their network outside of the Klang Valley with the start of construction on their new RM17.0 million Autohaus in Kuantan, Pahang. Work will start at the start of December 2014 on the Autohaus and completion is slated to be in the fourth quarter of 2015.

The start of the construction work marks a partnership milestone with NZ Wheels. Once completed the Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Autohaus in Kuantan will be a full-fledge sales, service and spare parts centre that will give customers in and around Kuantan a new retail experience. The new Autohaus will fulfil the standards of the second generation Mercedes-Benz Presentation System (MPS II).

Spanning 45,000 square feet of display space, the two-storey Autohause will be able to showcase eight vehicles and equipped with numerous customer comfort facilities, while the service bays will fit ten vehicles manned by over 20 trained personnel.
