News: Nissan opens registrations for the face-lifted Serena S-Hybrid

Refreshed design and better equipped for easier access, time to head to the Nissan showroom to get your own Serena S-Hybrid. By Jerrica Leong

The Serena S-Hybrid was given a face-lift recently and customers can start putting their names down on Nissan’s book to get a piece of hybrid technology with eight seats.

When you put your name down for the Serena you would get a refreshed exterior that features a bold 3-dimensional front grille and a set of bigger wheels. The Serena now exudes a sense of luxurious style with changes to the bonnet, fenders, front bumpers and side moulding. The 16in alloy wheels also received a makeover to suit the Serena’s new luxurious style. Along with a new design the Serena also gets upgraded with twin powered sliding doors.

Both front and rear lamps also see an upgrade, the new LED headlamps allows the driver to see clearly and far-ahead. Add in the Signature Lamps and you will get an excellent road view when driving in streets that are missing their streetlamps. In the rear the attractive S-shaped LED combination lamps provide quick illumination to give the vehicles following behind ample time to react.

Inside passengers will get second row Captain Seats that allows better walk-through access, move it inwards to create a Twin Seat and third row passengers are granted easier access to the entrance and exit of the Serena thanks to that.

The estimated price of the face-lifted Serena S-Hybrid starts off below RM140,000 for the Highway Star variant and a price below RM150,000 for the Premium variant. Ready to put your name down for a Hybrid eight seater?
