A senior PAS leader has denied there exist disagreement between PAS scholars and professionals PAS on the issue of the Selangor Menteri Besar.

PAS vice-president Salahuddin Ayub said the party had decided that the post of Selangor Menteri Besar be given to PKR and PAS did not intend to claim it.

"We never disagreed on this issue. We had a three hour meeting where views were made and reached a decision," he told reporters after attending the Selangor PAS congregation here, Sunday.
