Nobu KL Delivers CNY Dish
To usher in the year of the goat, Nobu Kuala Lumpur has concocted a special Chinese New Year-inspired dish – Duck with Goji Berries, Wasabi Salsa and Eryngii dry miso garnished with Kabocha puree, Yamamomo jam and Lobster senbei, which does sound heavenly.
Envisioned by Executive Chef Philip Leong, the innovative dish pays homage to the flavours of Chinese New Year and the traditional Oriental ingredients – mandarin oranges, gooseberry, prawn crackers and roast duck. The duck breast is locally sourced, showcasing high-quality Malaysian produce while the lobster senbei (crackers) are homemade – all within Nobu’s refined, sophisticated style of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine.
This delicious CNY dish is available for a limited time only – from 16th to 21st of February 2015. The dish is priced at RM130++ and will be available for both lunch and dinner.
Nobu KL is located on Level 56, Menara 3 Petronas, KLCC. It is open for lunch Mondays to Fridays (12 noon to 2pm daily) and for dinner Mondays to Saturdays (6pm to 10.30pm daily). For reservations, please call 03 2164 5084.
