Noh Omar resigns as MISC chairman after 17 days of his appointment

MISC Bhd announced that Tan Sri Noh Omar who was just appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors on June 1, 2020, has tendered his resignation, with effect from June 17, 2020.
“Tan Sri Noh Omar made the decision to tender his resignation upon discussion with the Prime Minister of Malaysia,” it said in a statement here, today.
Noh wished the MISC Board and its management all the best in spearheading the company to greater heights. Likewise, the Board of Directors of MISC wished Noh the very best in his future undertakings and endeavours.
