KUALA LUMPUR: An 81-year old senior citizen has won cash savings of RM1 million in the Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) Premium Saving Certificate (BSN SSP) Special Draw for February 2021.
This is the second prize won by the father of nine children from the BSN SSP draw, as he took home the first prize of a BMW 318i through the monthly draw in May 2018.
"Until today, he still keeps his savings with BSN SSP even though he has won attractive rewards including the RM1 million BSN SSP Special Draw," said BSN chief executive Jay Khairil in a press release today.
He said as a community bank, BSN will continue to carry the government's mandate to inculcate a saving culture among the Malaysian people.
Besides the opportunities to win various attractive prizes, the public will also enjoy a profit rate of up to 1.9 per cent per annum by saving in BSN SSP Special Edition, which is similar to the fixed rate offered by other banks.
"Three rewards in one saving; saving, a chance to win prizes, and attractive interest rate. Hence, don't miss this opportunity and start saving with BSN SSP today. You may be among the 14 millionaires for BSN SSP 2021 we are looking for," he said.
For the first time this year, BSN also announced 13 winners for the Local Draw, who will take home a Perodua Myvi 1.5 Auto car.
This draw is held in February, May and August 2021 and is open to savers in BSN SSP with a minimum saving of RM100.
